The serving bar has shelving display for spirits with a mirrored
back. It also has 5 dump fridges, lower level storage a stereo
and a tall fridge freezer.
To the back of the bar are the ladies and gents facilities. Also
at the back of the bar is a spiral staircase leading to a small
but fully equipped kitchen and studio flat.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 microwaves, a hotplate, 2 fryers
a washing machine and a 5 ring stove and oven. There is also a
small storage cupboard which houses supplies, a chest freezer,
fridge freezer and tumble dryer.
The current owners live in the apartment and there is a double
bed, a sofa bed, table and 2 stools, chest of draws, 2 chairs a
TV and a double wardrobe. There is also a very large arch window
which gives this apartment al light and spacious feel. The
bathroom has a bath and shower, sink and toilet.
This is a great little bar and the couple are leaving because
they miss their grandchildren. The current owners would be happy
to stay on with the new owners to assist during the transition
period.
