station giving the operator information about the caller
before the call is answered. All calls are logged and
on-line stats produced in real time onto the internet.
The software is able to interconnect to Unicaja bank and
take real time credit card transactions.

enable owners to view inside the premises from anywhere with
internet access.

number allows the owners to listen into each ongoing
conversation switching from line to line.
The setup is configured for a single 30 channel digital line

The call centre is one large space
and a separate toilet and kitchen facilities, staff resting area
in one corner and 5 separate small closed in operator booths for
private conversations and webcam uses. The management office is
one large room.

The call centre was used to handle inbound tarot calls 24 hours
