This established and successful steakhouse is in the very
popular resort of Montemar. The owners have built up a good
trade over the last 2½ and now feel ready to do something completely
different.
The terrace has
sunshine all day and can easily seat 24 at round tables. There
is a full top and side canopy and a mobile gas heater which
ensures the terrace can be used all year round.
Inside the bar
is around 75m2 and very welcoming, there is long sofa seating
along the walls and a mixture of rectangular and round tables
to sit at. There are two television sets connected to Sky and
a music system.
The décor is excellent
and has a western theme to it with pictures and artefacts all
around the walls.
The serving bar
is a very long stainless steel top with an overhead glass holder
and behind is a good working size and comes well equipped with
2 sinks, a 4 door stainless steel cooler and work surface.
At the side of
the bar is the kitchen which is equipped with a hotplate, 5
gas rings and oven. There is a sink, 2 fryers a chest freezer
and good extraction. Opposite the bar is a smaller room which
also has 2 fridge freezers, a chest freezer, a small fridge,
2 microwaves and a grill.
The ladies and
gents toilets are very easily located within the bar.
The present owners
open by choice from 6pm until 10.30pm and have built up a great
reputation and good trade in this area for their food. There
is a great potential to open for longer hours and to increase
wet sales.
They also offer
a book exchange which is very popular and includes over 200
books.
