This established and successful
bar is in the very popular resort of Montemar, Torremolinos.
The owners have built up a good trade over the last 12 months
and feel ready now to do something different.
The split level
terrace can easily seat 26 people and there is a top canopy.
Inside is 125m2
in size, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with 2 big
projector screen TVs and 2 TV sets showing all the sports. There
is a raised stage area with a full lighting set and a full karaoke
system. This bar also has a a pool table in its own area, a
dart board and a pinball machine. Lots of seating inside including
soft sofa seating and a mixture of high and low tables to sit
at.
The serving bar
is a good working size and behind is well equipped with a coffee
machine, a 4 door cooler, glass washer, wine rack and a music
system. The back wall is illuminated glass shelves for the display
of beers and spirits on offer.

comes fully equipped with 4 gas rings and an oven, 2 fryers,
a hotplate, 2 sinks, 2 microwaves, a tall fridge freezer and
a chest freezer. The kitchen has good extraction.
