The kitchen is surprisingly compact but has more than enough professional equipment to cope. Most is stainless steel, including a large freezer, chillers, fryers, hotplates and extractor. There are microwaves and ample storage. The bar also has individual toilets.

The business currently takes between 5,000 euros and 20,000 euros per week. The lowest ever was 3,000 euros. The business has 17 staff and has been with the same owner for more than three years. There are two chefs and 2 washer-uppers employed. The current owner has spent over 100,000 euros on refurbishments.
