Set in one of the busiest parts of Fuengirola this is a great
size restaurant bar, 125m2, with an excellent reputation and
a good clientele.
The front terrace seats 24 and is on
a pedestrian street which is the most popular part of town for
eating out. There are double wooden doors and windows that open
out to the terrace for the summer. Security grills have been
fitted.
Inside, the bar restaurant has a
tiled floor and is fully air conditioned. There is U shaped fitted
U soft seating, along one wall, and low tables for around 30
people. A mixture of high tables barrels with high stools and bar
stools can seat a further 35 people.
There are 2 big screen TV’s, both
connected to Sky and towards the back of the room is an area with
a pool table, which is on a 50/50 profit share.
The long serving bar is brick built
with a marble top. The bar is well organised and equipped with 3 x 2
door bottle coolers, 2 x 2 door coolers, 2 x 2 door glass fronted
bottle fridges, a coffee machine, kettle and a music system.
There is a good selection of beers & ciders on tap and plenty of
working space. The back of the bar has been arranged with brick
alcoves that have glass shelves to display spirits on offer.
The kitchen is not used at present,
by choice of the current owners, however, it is fully equipped
with an industrial oven, freezer, fridge freezer, 2 tall fridges,
microwave, 2 sinks and lots of work surfaces.
Ladies and gents toilets are well
located in the bar and the ladies has wheelchair access.
