Lovely cafe beach bar for sale, located in the town of
Estepona just 20 minutes from Marbella and around 30 minutes from
Gibraltar. Situated off the main paseo (promenade) where

The bar prides itself in stocking Guinness, Magners, Bulmers, Heineken, San Miguel, Jagermeister and a
selection of whiskey, Rum, Gin and of course many other tipples.
The bar offers a food Menu of light snacks and homemade dishes.
One of the few bars in the area to offer a "Kid's Menu".
SKY Sports is an important part of the bar as they screen most LIVE
events on Sky and Setanta including Football, Rugby, Formula One,
Boxing and other sports and major events. Customers have
the choice of watching in the top lounge area or in the bar where
the atmosphere can be fantastic!!! The bar has also hosts "Late
Night Fight Night".
There is a computer available for free internet access to
customers who purchase food or drinks.
The present owners host parties for any occasion and provide a
small buffet with a selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls,
cocktail sausages and other nibbles... free of charge!! They have
hosted several parties to date which have been very successful.
