reasons as family needs to return to the UK.
The business is well established and profitable with a good
reputation. They currently distribute alcoholic and non
alcoholic drinks and supplies to bars, restaurants and cafes
throughout the major tourist areas of the Costa del Sol.
This business offers a new owner the opportunity to expand
further a field, as the present owners have concentrated on
Torremolinos, and Benalmadena. The owners recognise
this opportunity themselves, but admit they have not had the
desire due to the necessity to return to the UK.
Products are received and delivered to a leased warehouse which
is fully covered and secure. Goods are delivered into the
warehouse by suppliers and delivered to customers using 1
delivery vehicle. Outward deliveries are presently scheduled for
once a day. Within the warehouse is a small computerised office.
All product distribution picking/packing lists are produced by
computer system.
Customer orders are received by telephone. Current office hours
are from 10:00 to 14:30 daily, but closed on Sundays. Working
hours for the delivery staff starts at 13:30, until deliveries
are completed; this normally is around 20:00.

Equipment, Printer, Office Furniture, Shelving, Delivery Vehicle,
