If you are looking for a new life in Spain, away from

be very popular with the local Spanish and the British
residents in this area.
The inside serving bar is a
long stainless steel bar, as you would find in a typical
Spanish bar, with a display chiller at the front and behind
is very well equipped with a large coffee machine, a
stainless steel 2 door fridge, a 4 door bottle cooler, 2
sinks, a large back working surface with plenty of shelving
and storage space.
The kitchen is very long and
located behind the bar. It is fully equipped with a tall
freezer, 5 bay maries, an industrial oven with 4 gas rings,
2 sinks, 3 fryers, 3 microwaves, an oven/grill, a chipper
and great extraction.
Beyond the kitchen are 3
storerooms. One has a 4 door fridge, one has 2 chest
freezers and the last one has lots of shelving.
There is a separate room with
a pool table and 4 tables each with seats and several toy
machines. This room has access from the bar area and from
the terrace.
The living accommodation
consists of 2 very comfortable studios with bathrooms and a
one bedroom apartment. The accommodation is ideal for living
in or renting out.
