The serving bar is decorated with silver tiles at to the
front with coloured glass squares. It is equipped with beer
on tap, glasswasher, sink, till, coffee machine and a treble
glass fronted bottle cooler.
The kitchen is so well equipped it is hard to know where to
start. Everything is stainless steel and all the appliances
are stainless steel and the best money can buy. There is an
ice making machine, deep sink with draining board,
dishwasher, a professional oven which cost 16,000 Euros, 3
microwaves, 2 double toasters, Aga style oven with 3 large
gas rings, hotplate, 2 deep fat fryers, 2 top of the range Panini machines, a treble fridge cooler and an extractor
fan.
There is a separate store room which houses another tall
fridge and freezer. The gents toilet is located upstairs, the
ladies is downstairs and has been fully adapted for disabled
people.
