outside of the bar, and 3 overhead cupboards, which are built

The serving bar is well equipped with 1 tall chiller unit,
display for spirits, 2 double dump fridges, double sink and a
coffee maker.
The Kitchen is fully equipped although the current owners do not
serve food. In the kitchen there is a tall ice fridge, double
oven, deep fryer, hotplate, cooker, dishwasher and double food
warmer. There is also a large area at the back of the kitchen
for storage with lots of shelving.
The current owners open the bar from 1pm to 2am but the license
