dresser for storage. To the left of the entrance is a private
VIP area equipped with 3 built in sofas and a small poll dance
area equipped with a poll. To the right of the entrance there
are 5 curtained off private dance booths. A pool table is
located outside these booths.
The décor of the club is very chic
and all the furniture is well maintained and of a high standard.
There is another seating area to the left of the pool table
equipped with a leather sofa and 3 small tables. The dance floor
has a mirrored wall and two polls. To the back of the dance
floor there another 3 built in sofas and two tables. There is
additional seating at the side of the dance floor and at the
back of the club comprising of 14 sofa chairs and 8 small tables.
The serving bar is marble and has 9 chrome and black leather bar
stools. Behind the bar is very spacious and well equipped with a
glass washer, double sink, a double tall chiller fridge, two
chest dump fridges, mirrored display area for spirits and a
music unit with mixer.
The kitchen although small is well equipped as the present owner
currently holds private school dinner functions. In the kitchen
is an oven with stove and extractor, microwave, chest freezer
and a double dump fridge.
Towards the back of the club there are two large dining room
tables with 16 chairs at the club and a full sized wall mirror.
The ladies and gents toilets are located at the back of the club
itself.
The bar is fully air conditioned and has a monitored
alarm system.
The club currently has 8 staff, which would be
happy to continue under a new owner. Currently the club opens
from 11pm to 4am but is licensed from 12 noon until 4am.
