Situated in the busy area of Arroyo del a Miel this café bar
is around 65m2 in size and located near the busy train station.

which offer the choice of sun or shade all day. The terrace

of room on the terrace to the back, which looks out onto gardens.
Inside, the main

freezers and a small wine cooler in the main area.
The serving bar
has a wooden top and overhead glass holder. Behind is well equipped
with a coffee machine, 2 door bottle cooler, sink, till and
a music system. The back wall has wooden shelves to display
the spirits on offer.
The kitchen is
just to the side of the bar and is a very good size. Equipped
with professional stainless steel appliances which include a
tall freezer, a tall fridge freezer and a chest freezer. There
are 2 microwaves, a big hotplate, a grill, 2 gas rings and oven,
and very good extraction.
The ladies and
gents toilets are very easily accessed within the bar area.
The current owners
have built up a good reputation and a very good clientele over
the last eight years and the lease is being offered reluctantly
