This is one of the nicest cafe bars we have ever listed. Situated
on a busy main road of Arroyo de la Miel, near the famous Tivoli
World Amusement park.
The sunny terrace has 4 tables with 4 seats at each. It has
a full weather canopy for all year round use.
Inside is clean, spacious, very well organised and beautifully
decorated. In fact it all looks brand new. There are 4 large
tables, 20 high and low stools and sofa seating in two corners.
The walls are adorned with mirrors and pictures. There is a
TV connected to Sky and karaoke is held every Friday night,
which always packs out the bar. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning
create a very comfortable environment.
The brick built serving bar has a wooden top and wooden overhead
shelving. The serving bar is equipped with a till, a music system,
a long stainless steel 5 door cooler and lots of shelving and
storage for stock. The back wall has several brick alcoves with
mirrors and glass shelves for spirits.
Although this is predominantly a drinks bar, this is only because
of the way the present owner chooses to run the business. There
is plenty of room to expand the food menu and the bar already
has a kitchen fitted with a fridge/freezer, 2 sinks, an ice
freezer, an industrial oven, a window, an extraction unit and
stainless steel work surfaces.
The ladies and gents are easily located in the bar through an
archway where there are two large wooden cabinets.

be built above the bar.
