Situated in busy plaza in Fuengirola, Malaga, Costa del Sol,
this well know Tex/Mex restaurant has a very desirable place
in the tourist area of Fuengirola.
The restaurant
has 135 sq. meters of seating area inside, including an upper
floor designated for smoking. This gives a total capacity inside
of 70 to 80 persons.
There is a terrace
area outside of 25 sq. meters and this area can seat around
40 persons depending on the type of seating arrangement, it
is also surrounded by a lovely flower garden.
The plaza, a newly renovated square with underground parking,
is one road back from the beach, a distance of approximately
30 meters, and is frequented by a whole range of customers from
resident ex-patriots to resident Spaniards and of course the
tourist trade in general.
The menu has been carefully designed to attract a wide range
of clientele and is mainly American / Californian style Mexican
dishes, along with a good selection of steaks and fish cuisine
so popular with the general public. Accompanied with this great
menu, the on-show wine rack display contains a varied selection
of popular Spanish and New World wines suited to the pocket
of all who frequent the restaurant.
The kitchen has been carefully fitted out to a very high standard,
and contains a good selection of almost new equipment that has
been meticulously maintained and kept clean. The kitchen work
area has two walk-in fridges; the outer one for chilled goods
and the interior one for frozen, and a power wash area for the
cleaning pots, pan and dishes. A lot of storage has been provided
in the kitchen and a warming drawer for the plates and dishes
is in convenient place at the prep entrance of the delivery
area. A very convenient pick-up bell has been added to alarm
the staff of pending dishes waiting to be delivered.
The restaurant also has a large upstairs room which contains
the storage area for the foodstuff and alcohol with a convenient
delivery door to the side of the building. Situated in one part
of the upper floor is an office and staff lockers.
The interior of
the restaurant is decorated to the highest standard and has
a very relaxing atmosphere. The Tex/Mex theme
is accentuated by the clever use of artefacts and pictures depicting
the old West and Mexican scenes. As you enter the restaurant
itself, there is a reception desk for greeting customers and
a cloak room for their coats to be hung.
Inside the dining area, the ambience is immediately noticeable.
Large sized tables give the customers plenty of room to relax
and have a great meal in complete comfort with chairs that support
the back of the individuals to help with the comfort level.
The whole restaurant has 3 large Air Condition units fitted
which also heat the interior in winter. These units have recently
overhauled by the manufacturer’s agents.
There are individual men/women toilet facilities which are decorated
to a very high standard and very spacious. The ladies toilet
also has room for a wheelchair and handicapped comfort bars
are fitted. There is also a separate staff toilet in the back
of the kitchen area.
The restaurant is owned by a locally registered Spanish SL company,
which will be sold along with the business. It is a very desirable
business opportunity for the right operator, and is probably
the best ethnic food restaurant on the Costa del Sol. The restaurant
is a well know and popular restaurant in Fuengirola and is a
great destination place for all kind of clientele. The business
is well signposted from the beach front and is well signed and
lit at night in the plaza.
The restaurant is fully equipped and will be sold with all the
stock and equipment for a non interrupted take over. All government
