This busy bar/cafe is decorated to
give a fun and friendly atmosphere and located in the main street
of Benalmadena.
The bar is surrounded by hotels and apartments, ensuring all year
round trade from holidaymakers and local residents of all
nationalities.

partner has to return to the UK.
The
front terrace provides sun and shade, can seat 20 people, has good
signage and full top and side blinds.
The main area of the bar has 5 TVs, sky and via digital satellite
TV, air conditioning, games machine, a pool table on a 50/50 split
and can seat 20 or more people. All the walls, throughout the bar, are
painted with murals of jungle scenes and decorated with football
memorabilia.

kitchen is very nice and clean and comes equipped with a free
standing cooker with 4 gas rings, dishwasher, 3 microwaves, hotplate,
double deep fat fryer, 2 sinks, freezer, fridge/freezer, double
toaster and a professional extractor fan.
The bar
has recently been inspected by the council and passed with flying
colours.
There
are 2 storerooms of a good size and ladies and gents toilets. One
toilet has full access for disabled people.
